STEHLIN & ASSOCIÉS’ team of specialized real estate and commercial leasing attorneys assists investors and lessees alike. We advise investors involved in major projects such as the construction and operation of shopping centers or specific industrial facilities, and lessees who are initiating or expanding their industrial and/or commercial activities in France.

Commercial Leasing
Our commercial leasing specialists work on behalf of large French and international groups, particularly in setting up multiple branches or points of sale in France, both in drafting and negotiating lease agreements, and in litigation. Our teams are fluent in written and spoken French and English. We also work with clients to draft and negotiate instruments for the transfer of leasing rights or of active businesses, whether or not these occur at the time a new lease is signed.

Real Estate Transactions
For real estate transactions in France, we work in cooperation with Notaires in our dealings with buyers and sellers, or on behalf of French or international banks. For our international clients, our expertise in the real estate sector allows us to facilitate the client's understanding of the French real estate and land ownership system.

Real Estate Financing
In close collaboration with our firm's tax attorneys, the STEHLIN & ASSOCIÉS real estate law team also advises clients on leasing transactions and tax-sheltered investments, as well as on the structure and optimization of asset management for managers or groups of family shareholders.
