Diane Dumas appointed partner, heading the Business Litigation and Mediation department within Stehlin & Associés

Diane Dumas joined Stehlin & Associés in 2009. Counsel since 2015, Diane was recently appointed  partner, heading  the Business Litigation and Mediation department within the firm.

Her main practice areas covers complex commercial litigation, competition and distribution litigation, post-acquisition disputes and disputes related to restructurings of companies or groups of companies, disputes between shareholders and disputes that involve executives’ liability, banking and financial litigation, litigation relating to intellectual property and new technology law, real estate litigation and white collar criminal law.

Diane also has specific expertise in alternative methods of conflict resolution and in particular in mediation, true alternative to legal proceedings, providing short deadline conflict resolution and controlled costs to all parties involved, ensuring  the necessary continuity of the commercial relationships, vital  in times of crisis.

Diane has recently represented RSI et MSA French health insurers with respect to the with their criminal complaint for fraud and aggravated deceit  against Jacques Servier and Servier Laboratories, in the highly publicised criminal trial Mediator.
