Founder partner of the firm, he has been a member of the Paris Bar since 1976 and the New York Bar since 1979. He began his career at Surrey & Morse (now Jones Day) and Shearman & Sterling in New York, before becoming a partner at Klein & Associés in 1984. Marc Stehlin founded STEHLIN & ASSOCIÉS in December 1989. He is the Secretary General and a Director of the non-governmental humanitarian organization CARE France, and a Director of CARE International. Marc Stehlin is graduate of Paris University (DEA of European Law) and of Columbia University (LLM).
